The terms that govern your use of the Trade Force UK website.

Last updated: 26 May 2026

1. About These Terms

These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at tradeforceconstruction.co.uk ("the Website"), operated by Trade Force UK – Construction Recruitment ("Trade Force UK", "we", "us", "our"), a construction recruitment business based in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.

By using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

2. About Trade Force UK

Trade Force UK is a construction recruitment and staffing business. We connect construction workers and tradespeople with contractors, developers, and construction employers who need site staff. We act as an employment agency and/or employment business as defined in the Employment Agencies Act 1973.

We are not an employer of the workers we place unless stated otherwise in a specific written agreement. Workers placed through Trade Force UK may be employed directly by the hirer or engaged on other terms as agreed.

3. Website Use

This Website is provided to allow workers and contractors to submit enquiries, registrations, and messages to Trade Force UK, and to provide information about our services.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information via any form
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any connected system
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content without our written permission
  • Use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its performance
  • Use automated tools to submit forms or extract data

4. Worker and Candidate Registrations

By submitting a worker registration via this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
  • You have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, or will inform Trade Force UK of your specific status and any restrictions
  • Any qualifications, cards (including CSCS cards), and tickets you declare are genuine and valid
  • You are not submitting false documents or misrepresenting your experience

Registration with Trade Force UK does not guarantee that you will be offered work. We make every reasonable effort to match registered workers with suitable opportunities but we cannot guarantee outcomes, work availability, or any specific volume of work.

Trade Force UK does not charge work-seekers a fee for finding or seeking to find them work. Registration is free.

By registering, you agree that Trade Force UK may contact you about suitable construction work opportunities and may share relevant details from your registration with potential hirers or contractors in the context of a specific opportunity. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Contractor and Client Staffing Enquiries

By submitting a staffing enquiry via this Website, you confirm that:

  • You have authority to submit the enquiry on behalf of your business
  • All information provided regarding the role, site, and requirements is accurate
  • You understand that submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that suitable workers will be available
  • You accept responsibility for compliance with all applicable employer obligations, health and safety requirements, and right-to-work verification duties for workers placed at your site

A staffing enquiry does not create any binding commitment between you and Trade Force UK. Separate written terms of business will apply to any recruitment or staffing services provided.

6. No Guarantee of Work or Staff Availability

Trade Force UK does not guarantee:

  • That registered workers will be offered or placed in work
  • That contractors submitting enquiries will be supplied with workers
  • The continuous availability of any particular worker or trade
  • The outcome of any introduction, interview, or placement process

7. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the information on this Website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on this Website. Content may change without notice.

8. Right to Work and Site Documentation

Where required by law or by a client's site requirements, workers must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK and hold valid, relevant site documentation (including CSCS cards, tickets, or other certifications). Failure to provide required documentation may result in a worker being unable to commence or continue on a site.

Trade Force UK may request verification of right-to-work documents and any declared qualifications before or during any placement process.

You must not use this Website in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Trade Force UK reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting matters to law enforcement, where prohibited use is suspected.
