The CSCS Labourer card (Green card) is issued to construction workers who have passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test and hold a relevant Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment or equivalent qualification. Many principal contractors and Tier 1 sites require all operatives to hold a valid CSCS card as a condition of site entry.
